The following “Appetizer Platters” are designed to be served together in combinations to facilitate a reception type “Appy” or “Finger Food” menu, or to add a little more selection to your dinner or luncheon menu.
The selections are presented on stainless steel platters & trays or attractive wicker baskets, and generally come chilled or ready to eat

Pacific Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese Torta * sliced smk salmon, capers, pinenuts, fresh basil, crem cheese & Sfilatino toasts for dipping
Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Grape Platter with Raspberry Coulis * Sliced melons, oranges, & exotic fruits with seedless green grapes with raspberry dip
French Brie Wheel, Baked in Puff Pastry, with Maple Syrup Glaze * Served warm and runny with sun-dried cranberries & table crackers
