Catering Service Staff ...
Professionally attired Catering Service Staff are included with some pre-set menus Additional and/or supplemental service staff may be engaged at the following rates:
- Servers : $20.00 per hour - On Site Chef : $25.00 per hour - Supervisors : $25.00 per hour - Bar Staff : $20.00 per hour
A 15% staff gratuity will be applied to all functions featuring service staff. |

Rentals ...
If we don’t own it, we can rent it for you, Tables, Chairs, Special Linens, Glassware, Silverware, Punchbowls, Coat Racks, Marquees, Outdoor Heaters, Staging, Ice Chests, Coolers, Barbecues, Novelty Items & Decorations, we will be pleased to advise and arrange all your rental needs. |

Bar Services ...
We will, be pleased to co-ordinate your alcoholic beverage purchase, storage, refrigeration & transportation. We can advise on the appropriate wines, to suit your menu selection, and are happy to give advice on amounts & appropriate glass ware.
Experienced Bar Staff are available to serve you, all our bar tenders are certified under the B.C. “Serving it Right” program.
