      Afternoon Cocktail Reception Hor’s d oeuvres — 6 to 10 items per guest

         Typically 2—3 hours  

 

      Pre Dinner Hor’s d oeuvres — 4 to 8 items per guest

             Typically 1—1.5 hours

 

         Evening Reception — Hor’s d oeuvres in lieu of dinner —  10 to 12 items per guest

              Typically 3 —5 hours
