The Wedding menus below are designed to give you lots of options and are for the most part are based on successful weddings we have catered in Vancouver in the past.

There are examples of both buffet style wedding receptions, combinations of Buffet service with a salad served to your guests and Full Table Service menus, stand up style reception menus as well as a more casual barbecue option, all ideas and suggestions to make your Wedding in Vancouver a spectacular one. We are able to create custom menus to suit your tastes and budget and can quote on any combination of menu styles and formats.

Outdoor Wedding

Wedding catering prices would be dependent on a number of factors, including the number of guests, the location of your Wedding Reception, the venue you have selected, the timing and length of your event as well as the level of service you require.

Suggested Wedding Catering Menus

There are several suggestions for your Wedding Menu over the next few pages and below is a brief description of each menu option, the type of service and what’s included…

Menu “A” (buffet) Basic dual entrée Buffet style menu with all food items set up at the buffet table. Dining table linens are included and set up with all required cutlery, napkins, bread baskets, side plates, cups, saucers, creamers, candles & tea/sugar caddis. The menu includes service of your wedding cake including cutting and plated service with forks and napkins after the traditional cake cutting.

Menu “B” (buffet) Dual entrée Buffet style menu with a plated salad served to the tables, as above all table linens cutlery, plates etc. are included. The attractively plated salad would be served to your guests by our staff a good way of getting some plated service to your guests without breaking the bank. The Slow roasted Sirloin of Beef would be carved at the buffet table in front of your guests. Menu includes fruit & French pastries and cake cutting if required.

Menu “C” (buffet) Dual entrée Buffet style menu with a plated salad presented and served to the dining tables, as with above menus everything you need regards set up at the buffet and dining tables is included. The menu also features a selection of butlered hors d oeuvres which can be served to guests upon their arrival or while the bride and groom are with the photographer, a tasteful way of making sure your guests are welcomed with an array of appetizers as they arrive at the venue.

Menu “D” (plated service) Full service “Plated” wedding meal, each course served to your guests at the dining tables, attractively presented and plated on site by our Chef team. The menu includes all china ware, cutleries and linens. This is the most expensive type of service which includes Chef’s on site for the plating and finishing touches of each meal course and additional staffing for serving each individual plate and attentive service at each table. We can suggest alternative entrée’s beef tenderloin is included here to give you an idea of pricing. Cake service and all related catering items are included.

Menu “E” (reception style) Stand up/mingle type Reception style Wedding menu which includes butlered hor’s d oeuvres and an appetizer platter station. Menu includes all required linens, reception plates and cutleries and is a combination of food items served on trays by our circulating staff as well as a food station set up on a central square table where guests can help themselves to appetizer style food items presented on platters.

Menu “F” (reception style) Stand up/mingle type Reception style Wedding menu which includes butlered hor’s d oeuvres and an appetizer platter station. Menu includes all required linens, reception plates and cutleries as above, this menu contains more hot food items and a wider array of different appetizers.

Menu “G” (casual barbecue style) A more casual BBQ type menu, cooked on site and served to guests from a buffet table perhaps more suited to a back yard BBQ type wedding celebration.
